These terms govern your use of ovibeirut.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In these terms, "we", "us", and "OVI Beirut" mean OVI Beirut, operating from Beirut, Lebanon. "You" means the person using the site or placing an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are under 18, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the order.

2. Your account

You do not need an account to order, but if you create one you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for any activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. Give accurate contact and delivery details, since we rely on them to reach you and to deliver.

3. How orders work

Every item is made to order. We do not hold shelf stock. When you place an order:

You submit an order through the site. This is an offer to buy, not a completed sale.
We confirm the order by message or email, and may contact you first to confirm size, availability, or delivery details.
The sale is formed only when we confirm. Until then, no contract exists between us.

We may decline or cancel an order at any point before delivery. Reasons include the item no longer being available, a pricing or description error, an address we cannot deliver to, unpaid previous orders, or an order we reasonably believe is fraudulent or intended for commercial resale. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Products and descriptions

We are an independent multi-brand reseller. We are not an authorized dealer for, affiliated with, or endorsed by any brand whose products we list. Brand and model names appear on this site to identify what an item is, and remain the property of their respective owners.

We describe items as accurately as we can, but:

Colors and finishes vary between screens and may differ from photographs.
Photographs may show a different size of the same model.
Fit varies between models. Our size guide is guidance, not a guarantee of fit.

If a listing contains an obvious error in price, model, or description, we may correct it or cancel the affected order, even after confirmation, with a full refund.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm the order. We may change prices at any time, but not for an order we have already confirmed.

We currently accept:

Cash on delivery within Lebanon.
Whish transfers.

We do not accept card payments at this time. For cash on delivery, payment is due in full in US dollars when the order is handed to you, unless we agree another currency with you in advance. The courier cannot accept partial payment.

6. Delivery

We ship from Beirut. Orders ship within 10–14 days from the date we confirm your order, since each item is sourced for you. For destinations outside Lebanon, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can deliver and at what cost.

Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Sourcing, customs, courier delays, and events outside our control can extend them. We keep you informed if your order runs late.

Risk in the item passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment is received in full.

You are responsible for providing a correct address and for being reachable for delivery. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong, nobody was available across two attempts, or the parcel is refused at the door, we may charge you the delivery and return costs we incurred before we release or refund the order.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Returns and Refunds policy forms part of these terms. We accept returns for faulty or incorrect items only. Report damaged or incorrect items on the day of delivery. Report other faults within 2 days of delivery. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Lebanese consumer protection law.

8. Site content

The site, including its text, layout, code, photography, and the OVI Beirut name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it commercially without our written permission. You may share links to our pages and content freely.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the site unlawfully, or to place fraudulent orders.
Interfere with the site's operation or security, or attempt to access parts of it you are not authorized to use.
Scrape, copy, or reuse our listings, photography, or pricing for a competing service.
Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or misuse the contact and review features.

We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who breaches this section.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Placing an order means you accept that we process the details needed to fulfil and deliver it, including sharing your name, address, and phone number with our courier.

11. Third party links and services

The site links to third party services, including payment, delivery, analytics, and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or handling of your data.

12. Limitation of liability

We provide the site as is and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost opportunity, or costs arising from a delayed delivery.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under Lebanese law.

13. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, customs action, supplier failure, banking restrictions, power or internet outages, civil unrest, or natural events. Where such an event delays your order significantly, you may cancel it for a full refund.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top shows when we last made changes.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Beirut, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
