10 to 14 days from the moment your order is confirmed. Since each pair is made to order, that window covers sourcing, checks, and shipping.

We ship from Beirut to anywhere in Lebanon. For destinations outside Lebanon, message us before ordering so we can confirm the route and cost.

Shipping inside Lebanon is calculated at checkout based on your area. Any promotional free shipping applies automatically once you meet the order total.

You get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a message with tracking details once it leaves us. You can also reply to that email or message us for a status update at any point.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original box with all tags. Because pairs are sourced for you, exchanges are handled case by case rather than automatically.

Send us photos of the pair and the box on the day it arrives and we will sort it out, either a replacement or a refund.

Yes, if you reach us before the pair is sourced, usually within 24 hours of ordering. After that we can adjust the delivery address but not the item.
