Where we ship

We ship from Beirut to anywhere in Lebanon.

For destinations outside Lebanon, message us before ordering. We will confirm whether we can deliver to you, what it costs, and how long it takes before you pay anything.

How long it takes

Orders ship within 10 – 14 days from the day we confirm your order.

Every pair is made to order, so that window covers sourcing your specific model and size, checking it, and preparing it for shipment. Nothing ships from shelf stock.

Timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. We keep you updated if your order needs longer.

Shipping rates

Delivery anywhere in Lebanon costs $5. Delivery is free on orders of $200 or more.

Paying on delivery

Cash-on-delivery orders inside Lebanon are paid in cash, in US dollars, when the courier hands you the parcel. The full amount is due, including shipping. Couriers cannot accept partial payment or a different currency unless we agreed it with you in advance.

We also accept Whish transfers upon delivery.

Please have the exact amount ready where possible.

Tracking your order

You get a confirmation from us when the order is placed, and a message with courier and tracking details once it leaves us. You can reply to that message, email ovibeirut@outlook.com, or WhatsApp +961 79 087 394 for a status update at any point.

Delivery attempts

Our courier makes two delivery attempts. Please make sure the phone number on your order is reachable, since the courier calls before arriving.

If both attempts fail, or the parcel is refused at the door, the order returns to us. We may charge you the delivery and return costs we paid before we release or refund the order.

Getting your address right

Lebanese addresses are easier to deliver on with landmarks than street names. Include your area, building, floor, and a nearby landmark, plus a phone number you answer.

We deliver to the address on your order. If it is wrong or incomplete and the delivery fails, the section above applies.

Delays outside our control

Sourcing, courier disruption, customs, banking restrictions, road closures, and weather can all extend a delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, but we will tell you what is happening and, where a delay becomes significant, you can cancel for a full refund.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and contact us the same day. If tracking shows delivered and you have not received it, tell us within 2 days so we can raise it with the courier. Both are handled under return and refund policy.

Orders outside Lebanon

For international deliveries, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are yours to pay and are not included in the price you paid us. Delivery times depend on customs and are outside our control.
